a past presents a future
This installation is a tangent from "it shouldn't hurt to be a dreamer." I capitalized on the opportunity to allow this group of sculptures to interact. Lovers caught in an inner tube are stalked by wild cats while representations of the past (broken mountain and aviation artifacts) serve as loose background to the narrative.

As an experiment, I invited gallery viewers to collaborate with me in a month long wall drawing. I provided pencils and asked visitors to record their reactions and interpretations however they chose. I was surprised that so many people participated. Most were timid, but there were several gems. I especially enjoyed the children's drawings.
